LC Waikiki "Talent Camp" program gives the employees' children the chance to "discover themselves". The Talent Camp covers the children of the LCW personnel, who are secondary school, high school and university students.
The project will have a different topic each year, and this year the chosen topic was "Discover Yourself" which enabled participants to gain brand new experiences with various events and speakers. It provided the children with a chance to discover their own talents and self-evaluation techniques with the help of workshops under the supervision of a team of psychologists.
