will be processed by LC Waikiki Mağazacılık Hizmetleri Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“LC Waikiki” or
“Company”) as the data controller within the scope described below.

Your personal data is collected by the Company electronically through closed-circuit camera recording
systems during your stay at our Company campuses, and by physical methods through the forms used
during your visit to LC Waikiki and face-to-face meetings.

Regarding your personal data, we inform you that you have the following rights in accordance with the
11th Article of the Law:
